Our Staff
Paul Train, our current principle has worked in the surgery since 2000, taking over ownership from Tim Bugler in 2004. Paul qualified in Stellenbosch, South Africa and obtained a B.Sc(Hons) in 1999.
VANIA HIRATSUKA DALMEDO ( DDS-BRAZIL/BDS-UK)
Vania qualified at the " Paulista State University" (UNESP) in São Paulo-Brazil, where she practised for
many years before moving to UK.
She has over 20 years experience in the dental field, and has been working in London, mainly in the City
since 2001, and as part of the Bellcourt House team since 2005.
She regularly attends Continuing Professional Development Courses and has undertaken extensive
training in Endodontics. Her special interests are Endodontics, Restorative Dentistry and mostly recently
Facial Aesthetics (Botox and Dermal Fillers). She is a member of the British Dental Association.
Our oral hygienist works in conjunction with our dentists to provide you with regular dental care.
Our Contract

• Advise and discuss with you the best treatment options available.
• Provide a treatment plan and estimate before treatment is started.
• Discuss any changes to treatment or costs when appropriate.
• Strive to keep to appointed times whenever possible.
• Keep up to date with modern dental treatments and techniques.
• Maintain a cheerful and courteous environment.
Your Contract
• Inform us of
your dental needs and desires.
• Attend appointments on time.
• Avoid needlessly cancelling appointments.
• Allow at least 24 hours notice if cancellation is unavoidable.
• Pay accounts when requested.
• Inform us of any complaints or observations about your treatment.
• Refer like minded patients to our dental care program.
To assist our patients in payment of treatment we have introduced our own Dental Care Plan. Two levels of monthly payment are available to cater for different patient needs.

• Two half hour oral hygiene treatments per year.
• Emergency treatment when required.
• Worldwide dental emergency insurance cover.
• 20% discount on all fee per item treatments in our surgery.
• Four half hour oral hygiene treatments per year.
Implants or implant related treatments as well as treatment not done in our surgery (excluding emergency insurance items) is not covered in the plan.

In addition to the above we also have interest free or interest bearing loans available for more expensive treatments. Please note that the usual Dental Care Plan discount will not be available in addition to these loans. Information on all the above is available from reception.
Payments
Payment is due when
requested and can be made in the following ways:-
Cash, cheque, most credit or debit cards and by means of the above.
Appointments
Appointments can be made in person at the reception or by phone. Requests for an appointment by e-mail will be confirmed by phone by our receptionist. Feel free to request any information about our surgery or treatments. Opening times of the practice are: Monday 9.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday 9.00am to 4.30pm Wednesday 9.00am to 4.30pm Thursday 9.00am to 4.30pm Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm The hygienist hours are different, please ask for details.
